History
The company was founded in 2004 by Anatoly Kalchik, who had been serving Federal Way and adjacent areas since 1995. Anatoly was working as an agent for 10 years and had helped hundreds of families to achieve their dreams of owning a home. After years in the Business, Anatoly decided to expand himself by opening his Real Estate firm with its Real Estate School, to help others expand their horizons with a career in Real Estate. In February 2006 we purchased 4,500 sq.ft building and moved our office there.
Agents
We have agents working in house and from their home offices so there is plenty of room for you to join us! New students are always enrolling in the Real Estate School. They are highly motivated and high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, insurance agents, professional engineer, and medical personal. We are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with integrated networks of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
We also have full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
